Holiday Festival 2009
Dear Friends,
It's time for our second annual Holiday Festival. The festival is held the first two weekends in December. Enjoy the entertainment rain or shine - in our all-weather, heated tent. Nice!
Thursday through Sunday, December 3rd - 6th and Thursday through Sunday, December 10th - 13th
Festival Times
Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Sunday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Thursday, December 3rd at 5:30pm, the festival comes to life with tree lighting, caroling and a surprise visit from Santa.
Admission on Thursday, December 3rd is a fundraiser for ARM (Addiction Recovery Ministries). Suggested donations are regular admission fees. All Thursday proceeds will be donated to ARM.
Entertainment Opening night guests will be treated to local entertainment. Local singer, songwriter Stan Crawford will perform along with the Millsap High School Band, the Mineral Wells Wranglerettes and a local boys Drum line. Gardens works to provide an environment for our wild life. This year
Lee Ann Nave, Director of Horticulture at Clark Gardens, has planted
three areas, one for butterflies, one for hummingbirds and one for
bees. Each area is planted to provide an environment for the healthy
development of each of these species.

HALLOWEEN FUN AT THE CLARK GARDENS BOOTANICAL PARK

Halloween evening at the BOOtanical Gardens was a great success with well over 1,000 people attending. Three pickups full of much needed nonperishable food was shared between 3 local food banks. Thank you to all who made this evening possible and successful.

Clark Gardens is participating in a community-wide food drive benefiting our area food banks. Bring a non-perishable food item as a donation and you will receive free admission to our Halloween festivities on October 31st. Donations will be accepted at the Admissions Office. We look forward to enjoying the evening with you and thank you for your support.
