OUTDOOR WEDDING INSPIRATION

I think the hardest part of creating a beautiful outdoor wedding is narrowing your ideas
and deciding what you really want.  The ideas and options can be overwhelming! I mean you
only get to do this once so why not cram every cool idea you've seen into one event...right?

If you take a serious look at weddings you love from magazines and blogs you will notice
that they pick a few exceptional, fresh, unique ideas and do those things really well. 
I've never seen a wedding featured in a magazine that has incorporated every current
trend.

It is best to start with your location and create your theme around what is already
there.  If your location is a historic site you do not want to incorporate modern, urban
décor.  If your location is a hotel ...

ONE NIGHT, TWO FABULOUS WEDDINGS

Last night Clark Gardens was fortunate enough to be the host site for two adorable weddings:

First, Catherine and Daniel were married in the Channel Garden.  Due to a little rain, she decided to move the ceremony from the middle of the Channel Garden to under the South Pavilion overlooking the Channel Pond.  It turned out so sweet and intimate--guests sat in chairs facing the couple who stood in front of the fountains, they were completely surrounded by friends and family.  Catherine had even planned for butterfly release during the vows!  After the ceremony the guests moved to the West Tent for dinner, dancing, and a very unique pre-recorded video by Cat and Daniel.  The DJ did a great job of keeping the party rolling all evening!

Second, Bailey and Benny were married in the Chapel and moved to the East Tent for their very cute "shabby chic" reception.  Chef Tom of ...
